How to add new users to Aura

In Arua, users can be invited to join and given different levels of permissions as to what they can do or not.

If you want to delete users please contact support.

Action needed: 

1.  Open Settings in the left sidebar

And then select Users

2.  Click on Invite a user in the top right-hand corner

You now have a pop-up where you can fill in the email address (i.e. username) for the new user and tick the boxes of the permissions you grant this user. To later change the permissions, please contact support.

Manage Users

    Change the permissions on users

Payment Approvals

    Can approve payment proposals

Settlement Approvals

    Setting up all the accounting fields necessary for approving settlements

Accounting Approvals

    Can set up the Chart of Accounts and all the other accounting settings in your accounting system

Payment Details Approvals

    Approve banking details (account number etc.)

2FA Payment Initiation

    Can initiate payments using the Arua 2FA initiation mechanism (used with Wise). 

    It does not impact the use of open banking initiation.
